Stand-Alone Motion Controller

The SPiiPlus SA multiaxis motion controller provides the power of a PC-based motion controller in a stand-alone package.

The unit uses a distributed multiprocessor architecture running a real-time operating system to provide a fixed 20-kHz servo update for every axis. Features include standard Ethernet and serial communications, hardware position compare and capture, and development tools that contain a full-software-motion simulator and FRF analyzer. Optional features include integrated sin-cos interpolators and input shaping.
