    The drive has capabilities keyed to the packaging industry including resolver and encoder feedback options, global-packaging communication protocols including Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and Profibus DP.

    Configuration and programming software is embedded in the company’s PositionServo drive. To set up and program a drive, users plug the PositionServo into any Windows-based browser. The drive has capabilities keyed to the packaging industry including resolver and encoder feedback options, global-packaging communication protocols including Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and Profibus DP. The unit can also interface with customized motors.
