    Proficiency Collaboration Gateway 8.2 lets users transfer complete design intelligence between major CAD systems that includes geometry, features, sketches, manufacturing info, metadata, drawings, and assembly information. A new drawing to product manufacturing information (PMI) translation module extracts dimensions, tolerances, and annotations from associative legacy drawings and converts them to the corresponding 3D PMI equivalents attached directly to the 3D model. Additional enhancements include: support for NX Hole Package, support for Oracle data base, improved support for large assembly export from Pro/E, and improved performance of ditto/detail structure exchange from CATIA V4 to CATIA V5.
