Twin monopolar foot control - Linemaster Switch Corp.

Aug. 26, 2010
The twin monopolar foot-operated control is designed for electrosurgical procedures.

The twin monopolar foot-operated control is designed for electrosurgical procedures. Foot controls on electrosurgical generators combat hand fatigue experienced when using surgical hand pieces. Using a foot control for soft-tissue-ablation applications allows for more-precise operation of the hand piece. Also available are add-on pushbuttons for bipolar/monopolar combination switches, as well as wireless solutions. Alternative multipedal or button configurations accommodate emerging electrosurgical functions such as tool toggle, blending, and proprietary applications.
