Piston pumps - Thomas Div.

Nov. 4, 2010
The Series 660/680 Piston pumps provide clean airflow, long life, low noise, and low vibration.

incorporate features to provide clean airflow, long life, low noise, and low vibration. The pumps target a variety of medical and environmental applications, including oxygen concentrators, blood analyzers, dental carts, and ozone generators.

The pumps’ oilless pistons and cylinders, plus efficient intake filters, ensure noncontaminated airflow. Stainless-steel valves, high-performance piston seals, hard-coated aluminum cylinders, and permanently lubricated bearings provide long-life performance. Wetted aluminum parts are treated for corrosion protection. The pumps’ single-phase ac motors (permanent split-capacitor) eliminate the need for a starting switch. The pumps provide up to 28.5-in. Hg of vacuum, 45 psi of pressure and 2.37-cfm maximum flow.
