Bearings Products: Clutch Release Bearings

July 10, 2008
New forkstyle release bearings are used in drag-racing clutches.

Tool steel comprises the contact face, and the bearing unit itself is sealed to eliminate runout.

The 40-060 and 40-070 models fit clutches with 7, 8, 10, and 11-in. diameters. The 40-010 and 40-020 models are for 6.25-in. clutches. Replacement bearings are also available. All models have antirotational collars and are designed not to deposit grease on the clutch assembly.
