New Product: Air valves

Oct. 11, 2007
TAC Air Valves and Air Piloted Operators are a nonelectronic option for machine and equipment controls.

The valves are available in two, three, and four-way spring-return configurations (the fourway valve is also available in a detented configuration). The valves can be operated by pushbutton, mechanical operators, or by air pilot operators that convert air signals into mechanical action. The operators thread directly onto TAC valves and come in four styles: Straight Air, with Snap Action to delay actuation until pressure reaches the setpoint, with Reset to provide a momentary “one shot” output signal and then reset even with a pilot signal present, or with a combination of snap action and automatic reset. Valves mount in any position. Working pressures range from 0 to 125 psig, temperatures range from –20 to 180°F, and operation speeds are up to 900 CPM.
