Feb. 21, 2008
Single-pole double-throw LCS Series miniature snap-action switches are housed in a compact package and feature numerous actuator and termination styles, including quick connect, solder style, PCB through-hole and potted wire leads (standard 12-in. length).

Targeting space-sensitive applications, the snap-action mechanism provides positive indication and an extended mechanical life of more than 100,000 cycles. Typical uses include dispensing equipment, thermostat controls, motor controls, consumer electronics, testing equipment and medical devices, among others. The LCS Series switches feature contact ratings up to 6 A at 125 Vac and 3 A at 250 Vac. Operating force ranges from 60 to 150 gm at the actuator button, with an operating temperature range from –40 to 105°C. The switch is fully dust and splashproof, and potted wire leads meet IP67 approval. A variety of levers are also available. The LCS Series switch housing is high-temperature-resistant PTS thermoplastic (featuring UL-94V-O rating).
