    The 3000 Series adhesives bond polycarbonate, PVC, phenolic, acrylic, metal, glass, and ceramic.

    The 3000 Series adhesives bond polycarbonate, PVC, phenolic, acrylic, metal, glass, and ceramic. They have low dispensing viscosity, are VOC-free, and absorb little moisture. The adhesives work with dissimilar substrates.

    The material cures under UV and visible-light systems including the company’s BlueWave LED high-intensity spot-curing device. Here, an array of cool, surface-mount LEDs in an 8-mm-diameter lightguide emit over 2,500 mW/cm2 in a narrow band centered at a 410-nm wavelength. Users can adjust intensity output from 0 to 100%.
