Pet Film

Aug. 18, 2005
Ultrathin (0.0007 mm/0.0000275 in.) PET film for use by design engineers and model makers is gaining popularity as window material for models.

It has good gas-barrier and chemical-resistant (except to alkalis) properties. Traditionally, PET film of greater thickness has been used in the manufacture of electrical capacitors, in graphics, as film base, and for recording tapes.
