The linear guides come in four styles: DryLin T, DryLin N, DryLin W, and DryLin linear slide tables.
DryLin T consists of a hard-anodized aluminum, T-shaped rail, an adjustable carriage of clear-anodized aluminum, and gliding elements made from iglide J polymer. DryLin T has a low inertia for high accelerations and speeds, adjustable clearance, runs quiet, and withstands high static loads in all directions.
DryLin N, a lightweight, low-profile linear-guide system that works for both high-speed and short-travel applications. Plastic gliding elements run in an anodized aluminum rail for maintenance-free operation.
DryLin W is a low-cost, extremely compact linear-guide system available as a combination of two supported round shafts in one profile, in a split rail configuration, or with square rails.
DryLin linear-slide tables work in low-speed or hand-powered motor applications needing precise movement. They are lubrication-free and, therefore, well suited for environments where lubrication would lead to contamination and erosion.
Applications for DryLin products include material handling, food, medical, and clean-room technologies, packaging machinery, and test instruments.
