Ultrasonic Sensors In Barrel Housings

    Virtu18 ultrasonic sensors come in 18-mm barrel styles and feature sensing ranges from 50 to 510 mm.

    Units operate on 12 to 24 Vdc with either sinking (npn) or sourcing (pnp) outputs and have a teach-in window for sensor recalibration. Shielding and filtering make sensors immune to radiated or conducted energy. Sensor housing is Valox and rated for 4X and IP67 making it resistant to dust, 100% humidity, most acids and bases, and high-pressure washdowns.
