LED light-curing system - Dymax Corp.

Oct. 14, 2011
The system uses a 385-nm-wavelength LED to cure resins with less energy and more consistency.

BlueWave LED DX-1000, an LED light-curing system, has lower curing temperatures, energy consumption, and cost than conventional lamp-curing systems. Intensity degrades less over time, and cure results are more consistent. The high-intensity 385-nm LED operates in small-area flood or spot-cure mode and is clean-room compatible. It has no mechanical shutters or moving parts for less maintenance downtime. Co-optimized adhesives designed to cure with the system are also available.
