Integral-horsepower ac motors
The OME Series general-purpose ac motors are totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) T-frame motors with cast-iron frames and a ribbed design for maximum cooling. The industrial-duty, three-phase, 208 to 230/460-V motors feature Class-F insulation and are available in 1 to 5 hp and speeds of 3,600, 1,800, and 900 rpm. The motors are inverter-duty capable with a 5:1 speed turndown for variable-torque applications and a 2:1 speed turndown for constant-torque use.
