Miniature Linear Motion Products

Feb. 22, 2007
Miniature ball rails are available in sizes of 7, 9, 12, 15, and 20 and sizes 9, 12, and 15 in wide versions.

The single-piece profiled rails can be 2,000-mm long and have stainless-steel cover strips for sizes 9-mm and higher. For longer travel distances, several rails are joined together. All parts are made of corrosion and acid-resistant material, are available in various accuracy classes and pre-load versions, and have full contact or low-friction seals. They meet RoHS and WEEE requirements and have been certified for applications in class 10 cleanrooms. The miniature rails have constant speeds up to 3 m/s and accelerations up to 150 m/s2.
