Small, Precision Leadscrews

Oct. 21, 2004
Comprised of small-diameter, precision-rolled leadscrew assemblies, the Mini Series provides reliable precision motion control at as little as a tenth the cost of miniature ball screws.

SMALL, PRECISION LEADSCREWS

The Mini Series is built to last hundreds of millions of inches of travel without requiring external lubrication, maintenance, or adjustment. The leadscrews are offered in antibacklash and general-purpose assemblies, in NTB, NTG, and B-Series. The lead-screws are 303-stainless steel and are available with a long-life TFE coating. The assemblies' maintenance-free nuts are manufactured with self-lubricating polymers. The Mini Series is provided with standard diameters as small as 0.125 in. Custom diameters less than 2 mm, as well as custom-designed nuts, are also available.
