Dry-pressed alumina parts resist wear and corrosion for longer life and provide high electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and thermal conductivity. Additionally, parts will be electrically and dimensionally stable up to 3,092°F (1,700°C). Alumina components are manufactured to net shape and can range in purity from 85 to 99.5%.
