Filter-Lok hot-melt adhesives and twopart polyurethane systems are for use in industrial air filters, including those used in automotive engines, heavyduty equipment, dust collectors, and vacuum cleaners.
The adhesives bond to special media or low-surface-energy substrates, resist extreme temperatures, and remain flexible for radial designs. The polyurethanes serve in applications such as cartridge filters used in dust-collection systems or gas turbines. The hot melts help improve equipment processing, produce quality filters, and withstand the requirements of pleated filters in vacuum cleaners or engines exposed to higher temperatures for extended periods.
