Implement Manual Lean Production

May 11, 2006
A line of manual production components speeds and simplifies the implementation of lean manufacturing.

The Manual Production Systems (MPS) delivers an array of configurable units to make production systems for all industries. MPS is based on a line of modular aluminum frames, combined with ergonomically tested components. New workstations and accessories make it easy to follow lean-production principles such as one-piece flow, lineside parts stores, and water-spider inventory replenishment.
