Compression Fittings

Nov. 17, 2005
Compression fittings for 1/16, 1/8, and 1/4-in.-OD tubing operate at high pressures and temperatures while maintaining a small envelope.

The fittings, with miniature M3, 10-32, M5, and 1/4-28 threads, require less space than 1/8-in. NPT threaded compression fittings. They also feature a captured O-ring face seal for leaktight connections at the threaded end. Straight, elbow, and tee configurations are available, along with special O-ring and body materials for corrosive fluids and high temperatures. They are suited for instrumentation, ink jet, medical equipment, semiconductor, hydrogen fuel cell, automation, and other applications.
