    Permatex anaerobic thread sealants for metal-pipe fittings work instantly for low-pressure testing, then cure to the burst strength of most systems.

    The sealants resist moisture and corrosion and withstand temperatures from -65 to 300°F. They contain a lubricant to prevent galling and simplify assembly/disassembly, and come in a range of grades and strengths.
