The viscous-filling machines handle materials with viscosities from 1,000 to 30,000 Pa-s, that is from the consistency of petroleum jelly consistency to that of roof tar. Each machine is designed and built to customer requirements and can dispense viscous product at 35 to 1,900 PPM. Machines are available in sanitary stainless steel to cGMP standards or in lower-cost carbon steel.
