The RP+ and RPM+ high-performance rack-and-pinion systems maximize all components for overall system impact. The RP+ combines the alpha TP+ gearbox, pinion, and rack into one linear-motion system

The RP+ and RPM+ high-performance rack-and-pinion systems maximize all components for overall system impact. The RP+ combines the alpha TP+ gearbox, pinion, and rack into one linear-motion system. The RPM+ combines the TPM+ actuator, pinion, and rack. The actuator ensures exacting performance and maximum power density.

Both systems feature 120% more feed force; 50% higher system rigidity; 100% higher power density; 15% more positioning accuracy; maximum freedom in design; and reduced system complexity and installation time.
