Linear Rail Systems Handle Heavy Cantilever, Normal Loading

Feb. 24, 2015
Three new sizes of BGS linear rail systems for brushless linear DC motors (BLDCs) were added to the Haydon-Kerk 24-Hour Express Store. The single- or double-stacked BGS04, BGS06, and BGS08 linear rails come in sizes 11, 17, and 23. Each rail is designed with a motorized external linear actuator and recirculating ball rail system to withstand heavy normal and cantilevered loading while maintaining repeatability and accuracy. Design loads can range from 22 to 225 lb and stroke length ranges from 4 to 12 in.
