Oilless compressor uses few moving parts

The OF300 Series of compressors and vacuum pumps from Jun-Air USA Inc.

The OF300 Series of compressors and vacuum pumps from Jun-Air USA Inc., Buffalo Grove, Ill., are some of industry's quietest and most vibration-free. That's due, in part, to the few moving parts it uses. Operating noise levels are on the order of 55 dB. The units' compact design, up to six outlet ports, and adjustable mounting pads give OEMs flexibility in where and how they mount the compressor/vacuum pumps. The devices are also durable, having exceeded 10,000 hr lifetime testing at 100% of duty cycle operating at 120 psi and 95F. The devices will work using 50/60-Hz ac power at a variety of voltages ranging from 100/200 to 400/480 V, or on 12 or 24 Vdc.
