Air-Filter Screens

Low-profile Windowpane products can incorporate a mesh screen to prevent large insects, seeds from trees, and other airborne debris from collecting in outdoor enclosures.

The framed screens are <0.1-in. thick, and applications include roadside and pole-mounted electronics boxes, outdoor plant equipment, and wireless base-station enclosures. The product's roll-formed aluminum frames can include open-mesh wire cloth reinforced on both sides, resulting in a flexible, resilient filter that handles stresses induced by high-velocity air. It is particularly effective in severe environments. The frames include high-bond adhesive tapes, holes, self-clinching fasteners, or spring clips for easy installation. Products meet various UL and Telcordia NEBS classifications and are RoHS compliant. Custom prototype can ship within five working days.
