The sleek, low-profile design of the MT 84-25-PM high-precision linear stage gives it an overall width of 27.5 mm, length of 84 mm, and standard travel of 25 mm.

The table is made from high-strength anodized aluminum, weighs 600 gm, and offers resolutions down to 5 nm and ±10-nm repeatability. Inside the table is a piezo linear motor with incremental linear encoder and preloaded cross-roller bearings.
