    The Plexus MA820 methacrylate metal-bonding adhesive is a two-part adhesive that needs no primers and little or no surface preparation.

    The nonsagging gel tolerates off-ratio mixing and sets up in 4 to 6 min, reaches 75% of ultimate strength in 30 to 35 min, and cures with no surface tack. The adhesive is engineered for use in rigorous metal-bonding applications such as bus and coach, RV, marine, and heavy-truck manufacturing.
