New Product: Liquid dispenser

Oct. 11, 2007
An integrated pressure gage and regulator let the Autobonder 2101 Liquid tabletop dispenser handle thin to thick-viscosity liquids, including adhesives and sealants such as anaerobics, cyanoacrylates, silicones, and epoxies, as well as oils, greases, solder fluxes, and paste lubricants.

A fully grounded foot pedal and syringe holder permit hands-free operation. A handheld syringe is available for precise dispense control. The syringe is disposable and uses a wide range of disposable needles.

A variable-vacuum control allows for snuff-back control, which prevents stringing or dripping of the material for a clean, no-drip operation.

A six-function digital timer controls the dispensed shot, which is adjustable from 0.01 sec to 9,999 hr. Each depression of the pedal initiates a timed dispense sequence. The timer will not continue to dispense until the pedal is released and pressed again. A continuous override lets the operator dispense as long is the pedal is depressed. The removable foot pedal allows connection of any momentary contact control.
