Toughened Cyanoacrylates

July 12, 2007
Two new toughened cyanoacrylate adhesives offer high impact resistance and peel strength.

Permabond 731 and 735 bond rapidly to aluminum, steel, plastics, and rubbers. Permabond 735 is opaque black and Permabond 731 is clear. Both products are for bonding applications that involve impact, peel, and flexing stresses. The single-component adhesives cure by reacting to small traces of moisture on the substrate surface.
