Tesa 4848 PV1 film is said to protect surfaces against stains, scratches, and debris. The film’s transparent red polyethylene backing screens out UV rays for up to four weeks. The product is 1.97-mils thick.

An acrylic-based adhesive bonds to most surfaces, but can be removed cleanly when the film is no longer needed. The adhesive resists humidity and temperatures up to 140°F.
