Nanometer Positioning Platform

    The Nano X platform provides nanometer positioning and stability anywhere within its axis of motion.

    The design incorporates a fourrail bottom platform supporting the top axis anywhere along its range of motion. The stiff upper stage reaches first-order natural frequencies up to 250 Hz in a 400 400-mm platform. The stage is optimized for performance and cost and comes turnkey with a Nano C controller.
